Madakaripura Waterfall
Madakaripura comes from the name of the fief of a mahapatih from the Majapahit kingdom, namely Mahapatih Gajah Mada. Many say Madakaripura is an eternal waterfall because the waterfall discharge never decreases and is always abundant.
This highest waterfall on the island of Java is still in the same location as Mount Bromo, which is in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Its location is also on the slopes of Mount Bromo, it only takes 30 minutes, you can see the beauty of this 200 meter high waterfall.
When under this waterfall, it feels like you are in a tube, because the shape of the Madakaripura waterfall is very unique, which is at the end of a narrow, alcove-shaped valley surrounded by steep cliffs while water drips all over the cliff and resembles a circle. Tumpak Sewu Waterfall

First Day: Pick Up – Piled Sewu Area
- We will pick you up at the meeting point of your choice, then continue the journey to the location of the Tumpak Sewu waterfall for 3 hours driving.
- After arriving at the location of the waterfall, rest at the nearest homestay to prepare for the tumpak sewu exploration the next day.
Day Two: Exploration of Piled Sewu – Tetes Cave – Bromo Hotel
- After breakfast, start trekking to the base of the Tumpak Sewu waterfall and Goa Tetes.
- If you don’t want to go to the bottom of the waterfall, all you have to do is witness the beauty of the tumpak sewu at the Tumpak Sewu Panorama Post.
- After you are satisfied, return to the homestay to pack up and then check out.
- Then we will take you to the hotel in the Mount Bromo area for 3 hours driving
- After arriving at the Bromo hotel, check in then rest and free program
Third Day: Bromo Tour – Madakaripura – Ijen Hotel
- At 3 in the morning you will be woken up and then with your jeep you will start the Bromo tour to Penanjakan1 to watch the sunrise.
- And after finishing enjoying Bromo Sunrise, then the jeep will take you to the parking location in the sea of sand.
- Arriving at the parking area, you can trekking for 30 minutes or ride a horse for 15 minutes to the foot of Mount Bromo and then climb the 250 steps of the stairs. After that, you can witness the beauty of the crater of Mount Bromo.
